Tabitha Webster
Tabitha Webster is a dedicated advocate for animal welfare and a current board member of Whisker‑n‑Paws, where she brings her passion, experience, and community‑focused mindset to support cats in need. Her journey in the animal world began when she adopted her two beloved furbabies, Buttons and Bows, from the Carrollton Animal Shelter—an experience that sparked a lifelong love for helping animals.
After moving to Newnan in 2021, Tabitha immediately became involved with the Newnan‑Coweta Humane Society (NCHS) as a foster. Since then, she has fostered more than 150 cats and kittens, providing care, love, and second chances to some of the most vulnerable animals in the community. Along the way, she has "Foster-failed" two incredible cats- Elena and Thorin, who have become permanent and cherished members of her family.
Her commitment extended beyond fostering, serving on the NCHS Board as Secretary for one year and later as Social Media Director, where she helped expand outreach and community engagement.
Tabitha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia. For the past decade, she has built a successful career in Higher Education, where she enjoys supporting students as they pursue their academic and career goals.
In her free time, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her foster cats, snuggling her own furbabies, and caring for the cats of close friends she considers family whenever they are away.
